Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WordCrave mobile application ("App", "Game", "Service") developed and operated by Bareslate Studio (https://bareslatestudio.com/) ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or playing WordCrave, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download, install, and use WordCrave for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on Android devices owned or controlled by you.

2. Virtual Currency (In-Game Coins)

• No Real-World Value: Virtual Coins have no real-world monetary value, do not constitute currency or property of any kind, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for real money, goods, or services.
• Non-Transferable: Virtual Coins cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to any other person or account.
• Local Storage: Virtual coin balances are stored locally on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may result in the permanent loss of accumulated coins without liability to us.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Content

WordCrave is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. Ads may appear as banners or optional rewarded videos. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or websites promoted in advertisements.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to WordCrave—including game design, bubble mechanic, graphics, audio, user interface, source code, logos, and word puzzle databases—are the exclusive intellectual property of Bareslate Studio. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bareslate Studio or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature thereof at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
