Email us anytime at [email protected]. We respond Monday–Friday, typically within 5-6 hours on support days. Weekend and public-holiday enquiries are handled on the next support day. Resolution time depends on the issue.
Help us understand the issue
Include your Rank Lantern account email, app version and a short description of what happened. For a payment or refund question, include the payment ID.
Do not send passwords, API keys, full card details or Google authorization tokens. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots and logs before sharing.
Refund and privacy requests
For a payment or refund question, email your account email and payment ID. Paid checkout is closed. The refund policy applies to live paid purchases when checkout opens, not Razorpay test transactions. See Refunds & cancellation for eligibility and processing timelines.
You can also email us to request account-data deletion. We verify account ownership before acting. Cloud deletion does not remove files or backups on your PCs.
