What you can do
- Keep ranking history, compare compatible scans and businesses seen in those results, and create branded HTML reports.
- Edit supported profile details, refresh Google content and publish replies you have reviewed.
- Attach JPG/PNG images, publish gallery photos and schedule posts with Google up to 90 days ahead.
- Create review links, QR images, printable cards and message templates.
Google can process or moderate submissions. A source photo for scheduling can remain publicly downloadable until 48 hours after the scheduled time, with cleanup delays possible. The image limit is JPG/PNG, 10 KB to 4 MiB, at least 250 pixels on each side.
Reports and ranking history are stored locally and do not automatically sync between computers.
Understand your ranking readings
One keyword checked at one grid point uses one reading. A 5 × 5 grid uses 25 readings per keyword, without extra centre readings. With 2,500 readings, you can run 100 of these single-keyword checks.
Extra observations and other scan modes can use more readings. A business-location check uses three readings. Keep your Windows PC on while a scan runs.
Groq drafts and manual replies
Your allowance includes 200 completed AI reply drafts each month. With your consent, Groq generates a draft from the review and relevant reply context. Generating another version uses another draft; editing a draft yourself does not.
You can still write replies manually after using your AI allowance, while you have active access and Google request credits. You review every reply before publishing. Google or the AI service may temporarily limit requests, even if you have allowance remaining. Try again later. Rank Lantern does not silently switch AI providers when drafting fails.
Posts, photos and Google requests
Your 20 new submissions are shared between posts and gallery photos. For example, you can submit eight posts and 12 gallery photos. A post with an attached photo counts as one post; publishing the photo separately to the gallery counts as another submission.
A scheduled post counts when Google accepts the schedule. Editing, rescheduling or deleting uses Google request credits, but not another new-submission credit. Deleting an accepted item does not restore its submission credit.
Google request credits cover calls to sync or change your profile, reviews, posts and photos. One action can need several calls. Reading saved information, writing local drafts and running ranking scans do not use these credits. They are your Rank Lantern allowance, not a quota issued by Google.
The same allowances with either billing option
Allowances renew monthly, including on yearly billing. They reset on your monthly subscription anniversary. Unused allowances do not roll over.
One subscription covers your Rank Lantern account and one active connected Google Business Profile. Allowances belong to your account. Reports and ranking history stay on each PC and do not automatically sync between computers.
Start a seven-day free trial
After selecting your business in the app, choose “Start free trial.” Eligible accounts receive seven days of access automatically, with no card required. Installing, signing in or selecting a business alone does not start the trial.
The one-time trial allowance is 250 ranking readings, 10 completed AI drafts, 300 Google request credits and three new posts or gallery photos combined. The trial ends automatically and does not convert to paid access.
Public trial access will open with the public installer. Public downloads and paid checkout are not available yet.
Purchase and manage your subscription on the website
Sign into the Windows app, then choose “Subscribe” or “Manage subscription.” The app will securely open the website for your existing Rank Lantern account. You will not need a separate website account or another sign-in.
Both billing options renew automatically. Before you purchase, you will see the recurring charge and billing period. The website will show your next renewal date and provide “Cancel renewal” to stop future renewal charges. The confirmation will show when your already-paid access ends.
The Windows app will show access and usage information. Cancelling renewal does not request a refund, and uninstalling the app does not cancel renewal.
After your paid period ends, paid features pause until payment succeeds. Your local reports and files remain on your PC.
